The featured item this week has a myriad of uses and we are very excited to share some photographs of how they have been used by our clients.  Our mismatched gold mirrors come in assorted shapes and designs and, let me tell you, they aren't just for displaying your perfume on your dresser anymore!

With all the new inventory that we are introducing, we thought it was time for another recipe (see here and here for more)! It is always exciting when we can offer our customers a number of pieces that work together to create one unique concept. Since signage is an integral part of many events, this recipe is really versatile. Plus, with our variety of surfaces and custom writing, there are so many creative options available to getting the exact look that you want.

New for 2014!

Wednesday, January 8, 2014

As we ease into 2014, there are a lot of exciting things happening at A LA CRATE. First and foremost, we have some great (and I mean really special) new items that we are adding to our inventory. As loyal followers of our blog, you are going to get the first glimpse of some of them. Feel free to share with friends! One of the most exciting additions to our inventory are our new Reclaimed Wood 8-foot Benches to match our handmade Harvest Tables. The benches are also handmade (by Jeff and our dear friend Joe) and we are really happy to be offering them both as a seating option for our tables or as a stand-alone piece. They will be available this Spring!

Featured Item: Wood Sled

Wednesday, December 18, 2013

If you are like us, living in a winter wonderland of shoveling snow and frozen fingers, you are probably fantasizing about beaches and backyard BBQs. Well, stop it! Let's embrace this lovely time of year and think about how we can make our holiday parties more beautiful and our photographs really pop! One of our favorite winter rentals is our wood sled. This gem is a classic throwback to childhood days of tearing down your town's best sledding hill. I would love to know who our sled belonged to...I bet he/she had a blast! Of course, we at A LA CRATE have a few ideas of our own on how to use our sled.
